1.Disclaimer
Shifran Productions is involved in producing original films at the moment which are being provided at no-cost and can be watched by anyone under the tab “Originals”. We also embed the link ( Youtube or Vimeo ) of some short form of content from their original source under the tab named “Recommended By Us” They are neither owned or distributed by Shifran Productions, And belong to their Original creator.
However we will be distributing short films both premium on-demand content and free under the Tab “Distribution” by taking proper permission from the original creator.
2. Changes To These Terms
We need to make changes to our services from time to time either to comply with updated government policy or for improving the safety and security of our customers. Any changes will automatically be notified on our website. However , you are requested to check our terms for any update.
3. Access And Use Of The Services
3.1 Age Limit : The services are not intended to be used by children below the age of 13 without approval from their parents or guardian. If you are below age of 13 you are requested not to provide any information to Shifran Productions, without consent to your parents.
3.2 Ownership And License : Shifran Productions owns and retain all the rights including copyright and creator rights for our originals and Shifran Productions Media article and grants you non-exclusive rights to use our online services for video playback. You are requested not to distribute any material as a part or whole for commercial purpose without taking proper permission and allowance. Licensing will be covered later in this section.
3.3 Personal Profile : We offer the option to personalise your experience with the help of creating your own profile.However, you will be requested to create profile in order to view our Originals and Distributed content.
4. Content
Shifran Productions video are either hosted on original video player or are embedded from third party hosting like Youtube or Vimeo. Some of the premium content either distributed or paid can be viewed only after purchasing it.
We Aim to provide the best quality possible with a superior viewing experience including 4K or UHD.
At the moment it is not possible to save or download the video. We are working on it and you may see it in future.
5. Compatible Devices
Though our website is been professionally designed to work with any device you want including phone, tablet or PC. We recommend using Laptop or PC or best viewing experience.
6. Your Moral and Ethical Responsibilities
In order for us to keep the Services safe and available for everyone to use, we all have to follow the same rules of the road. You agree to observe all restrictions identified in these Terms, including without limitation using the Services in a way that:

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or restrict your account or your use of the Services at any time, without notice or liability, if Shifran Productions determines or reasonably believes in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, violated any law, rule, or regulation, engaged in other inappropriate conduct, or for any other business reason. Of course, we would prefer to avoid such termination; we may use technical measures to block or restrict your prohibited access to or use of the Services, and you agree not to circumvent, avoid, or bypass such restrictions. We also reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against you, and you acknowledge that you will have caused substantial harm to Shifran Productions and that the amount of such harm would be extremely difficult to measure.
7. Unsolicited Submissions
Shifran Productions does not accept unsolicited content through member account. You may pitch your idea via email at hello@shifranproductions.com. We only accept high quality content.
Stop spamming or bulk email it may block you permanently.

If you have any suggestions or want to report a copyright violation you may reach us on hello@shifranproductions.com. We are working hard to improve our services even then some bug may arise. You are requested to report them as soon as it is discovered so that we can start to resolve it as soon as possible.
